- Toby Hoare Review added: 2018.08.02★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Perfect location for Cardiff city centre. Our room was clean and spacious. Also nice and cool which was welcome after a hot day. Nice breakfast too with plenty to choose from. Staff friendly. All round a nice hotel.
- Ian Perry Review added: 2018.07.24★ ★ ★ ★ ★Thoroughly recommend Laguna Bar and Kitchen for dinner. Our third visit last weekend on our third trip to Cardiff did not disappoint. Could do with brighter lighting in the restaurant, but the food, cocktails and wine were excellent. I asked our waiter about the optional 10% service charge (which was shown on the menu). He explained that it was indeed shared amongst staff and not just taken by the hotel. He also pointed out that it was optional, which I appreciated and was happy to pay.
