- Dave Jones Review added: 2018.02.20★ ★ ★ ★ ★First time I’ve ever used them and I recently bought an Orange bike from them, sadly the chain broke on the first outing, it’s happens nothing the shop could of predicted. How ever the customer service was out for his world, emailed a picture whilst I was still out the very next day I got a new chain in the post, apology email and even the tool to fit it! I’ve always felt businesses are built not on sales but after sales, they now have a customer for life in me.
