They don't sit you down and make you a cup of tea when you pick up your car but they do have the vehicle ready on time and, on the odd occasion that it hasn't been spotless or full to the brim with fuel, they've sorted it without fuss. Very competitively priced, especially if you consider their selection of prestige / elite cars. Have been upgraded a few times to some very nice vehicles and have dealt with the people other reviewers seem to be whinging about and found them professional and efficient. Would highly recommend.
