Their teaching methodology is has a system-based approach which has suited my learning style perfectly. Far from being purely theoretical, the systems approach makes the connections between positions and techniques clear and make a huge difference in my confidence in applying what I’ve learned. The results speak for themselves when you see CF24 students in competition.
I personally can’t compete at BJJ, and while CF24 is an amazing place to train for competition, I still feel a ‘part of the team’ despite just wanting to learn for my own enjoyment and fitness.
If you’re new to BJJ, a veteran of the sport, new to Cardiff or have been training elsewhere, pay a visit to CF24 and you’ll feel welcome.
