- Richard Edwards Review added: 2018.03.11★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆So ok they came and they cleaned and yes my house looked clean (mostly). The ironing on the other hand wasn’t ever very well done. I had to pay the agency 4 weekly and then the cleaner weekly in cash. Any notes that I left were usually ignored & despite asking every week I had cobwebs that were never cleaned. Tried swapping to a new cleaner and not much changed. I’ve now cancelled and signed up with a different agency. There are better agencies out there for a similar price - I’d suggest using them.
