- Paola Jacks Review added: 2018.02.15★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆For nearly £100 we expected better. Our room was tired looking, bathroom old looking just about clean enough. Stains on carpets, walls. Breakfast shocking!!! Tables with different size cups for the coffee machine, this wouldn't be an issue if they didn't over flow. Shocking quality of coffee, that machine needs a proper clean and service (we have one like that at work, so I do know how it should look and sound) , small jugs with milk out on the table since who knows when, mine had crumbs in it. If the item should be in a fridge then I shouldn't be out at room temperature for longer than 1 hour. Cutlery dirty, glasses dirty, they look like they went through the dish washer so we guess that the dish washer hasn't been serviced properly. As there was no one at reception to receive our keys and listen to our feed back we had to go very very angry. Yes we both are in catering and hospitality he is a head chef and I am an events manager hence the scrutiny and disappointing review. I have stayed at a 5star boutique hotel in London a cross the O2 and is was £82 including breakfast and parking, now they where outstanding.
