To start with the staff are super friendly, very good with children and not afraid to talk directly to them which helps so much with shy and nervous children. The staff really are fantastic. I had an issue where one of my kits was missing several pieces, they swapped it on the spot. Great customer service.
They stock everything lego you could imagine and the shelves are constantly refreshed with the new collections. A big choice of 'proper' lego and duplo for children plus a play area, custom keyrings and individual bricks etc.
I just wish the prices weren't so expensive but that's not down to the individual shop.
