- M D Review added: 2018.08.16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ridiculously bad service, 15 minutes to get through a drive through on a Friday morning with no apology. Staff hate themselves more than their jobs and they couldn’t care less about what they’re selling and to who.

Turned up with 18 boys after a birthday canoe session at the bay. They were fantastic. Really went out of the way to help with our order and seating. Customer service was amazing. Well done Macdonalds Cardiff Bay. Superb.
