- Brian White Review added: 2018.09.23★ ★ ★ ★ ★From the moment we checked-in and were allocated our requested room high up, the hotel felt good. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The room was spacious and very comfortable and with a view to die for looking out towards Cardiff bay. The view was fascinating at night too. Hotel was very well placed for walking around the city centre and in a safe area. Swimming pool was also very good. Only negative was the very hard pillows, but would definitely stay again.
