I never used to have a problem getting an appointment but over recent months it has become increasingly much more difficult.
They tell you to ring after 0830 am for an appointment but you will be very lucky if you get an answer as the lines are constantly engaged and by the time you do get answered usually all of the appointments have gone for that day
Don't know if their patient numbers have increased a lot or what the
problem is..but this surgery's system is definitely not as good as it used to be, and these are my honest opinions.
