When we arrived the flat smelt of smoke and advertised as a non smoking flat. I know the owner can't help if some people do smoke but there was no effort made to get rid of the smell.
The flat wasn't cleaned very well as when rubbed a baby wipe over the wobbly dinner table it came up black. All the beds were uncomfortable. After complaining the cleaner returned to rectify the issues. I noticed as she was cleaning she used the same cloth for everything and used too let bleach as a cleaning product. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place until the owner takes some serious ownership of the issues.
