  If I had one question to ask this company it would be...who exactly is your target customer base.
  
  Went to pick up a new bike last week with Evans Cycles and got to the point of applying for the credit to cover the cost. Immediate decline. So had the embarrassment of being declined and having to leave the store empty handed. I have an exemplary credit record, I've not missed a payment on anything for years, I'm a home owner and still angry about this decline as it blights an otherwise perfect credit history. Even worse when you think that this was finance for the princely sum of £29 per month. Apparently the decline may have been because I have a few finance deals existing. Well surely to build up a good credit history you have to take out finance so it should have actually helped my cause. Also, I had credit with them before and made every payment as per the agreement.
  
  So I'm struggling to work out who this company's target customer base is and bearing in mind how ridiculously stringent they are, how they actually have any customers to be able to trade as a business.
  
  Anyway, to highlight this company's utter foolishness, I set up a loan on a good rate with no trouble whatsoever the following day, despite the decline the day before.
  
  Utter joke of a company and I'd love to know the finance application pass rates because I bet it's less than 10% based on the consensus online!
